Chi-Kung is a series of deep, controlled breathing exercises that can be internal or external, and is used in Chinese Medicine for its preventative and treatment properties.

In conjunction with external exercises, Chi-Kung is used to improve the performance of Martial Arts in general.

In the beginning, more than 2000 years ago, Chi-Kung was only known in China. However, sine scientific research (Western) has demonstrated the extensive health benefits offered by Chi-Kung done properly, along with tai-Chi, under the supervision of a qualified Instructor, will increase your general health and well-being, improving your Immune System. This will lead to a greater understanding of Alternative Medicine.
