After a long day Yoga allows us to unwind, let go, and come home to our self.
Many remarks how well they sleep after practicing yoga in the evening. Like our morning class, we will begin with a mind-calming breathing exercise and flow through a powerful Vinyasa Yoga sequence. The class ends with a 15-minute guided meditation after Savasana. In this meditation we will arrive fully into the present moment, letting go of our day, and any remaining worries or tensions, guaranteeing a peaceful evening and sleep.
Vinyasa Yoga is a practice that links the breath with movement. Based on the Ashtanga Yoga tradition, Vinyasa allows for modifications that accommodate different bodies, and physical limitations. Movement with the breath creates a meditative, purifying, and powerful experience that allows us to come back to ourselves and our true power.
