Join me as I guide you through a peaceful meditation to help release stress, mental/physical fatigue and lead you to clarity, inner peace, calm, joy and total connection with your higher self.
In this class you will:
- Receive a free breath analysis and understand pranic life force.
- Learn how to set up a basic meditation practice or deepen your current practice together with various tools and breathing techniques to enhance your daily life experiences.
- Raise your vibration and enjoy an increased sense of mindfulness and awareness while being surrounded by like-minded individuals in a high-frequency environment.
- Leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, rejuvenated, re-energized, motivated and inspired.
Prior meditation experience is not necessary. All levels are welcome.
What to bring: an open heart, a sweater, an eye mask if you have one and dress comfortably.
