Tai-Chi is an Internal Chinese Martial Art. Its origin goes back three hundred years to Chenjiagou, District of Wexian, Henan Province, China.

Yang Style Tai-Chi, created by Yang, Lu-Chan, consists of series of slow motion movements with emphasis on mind and body coordination. Its movements are soft, stately, full and round, smooth, agile, light and steady.

The benefits of practicing Tai-Chi are enormous. It helps the Central Nervous System, activates blood circulation, prevents arteriosclerosis, improves digestion and activates the metabolism. Overall it is an excellent exercise that can be practiced by people of all ages and physical conditions.

Sifu Chang teaches the authentic Yang Style Tai-Chi(Short Form), originating in Mainland China. The China Sports Commission of Peking ha designated the Yang Style short form as the official main style of Tai-Chi. This form is taught in senior citien programs, hospitals and other institutions, private and public. Additionally, Sifu Chang teaches Application (Tai-Chi Chuan) and Push Hands. Tai Chi Sword (Straight Sword) is also offered, which is a weapons form taught in the real and traditional way.
