Tai-Chi is an Internal Chinese Martial Art. Its origin goes back three hundred years to Chenjiagou, District of Wexian, Henan Province, China. Yang Style Tai-Chi, created by Yang, Lu-Chan, consists of series of slow motion movements with emphasis on mind and body coordination. Its movements are soft, stately, full and round, smooth, agile, light and steady. The benefits of practicing Tai-Chi are enormous.
